Products Eligible for Return:

  • Damaged or Misprinted Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or misprinted, we will gladly accept a return and issue a full refund. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage or misprint for a faster resolution.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with Printful to investigate and may issue a refund depending on the outcome.

Products Not Eligible for Return:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse (changing your mind about the product).
  • Sealed Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed items such as face masks.
  • Incorrect Size: Unfortunately, Printful does not offer exchanges for size. We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
